Non negative pressure water supply system |
At present, in order to prevent the impact on urban residents' water use, it is not allowed to directly install domestic and production water pumps on the municipal pipeline network in China. To solve the problem of water supply equipment being able to be connected in series with the municipal water supply network without generating negative pressure, and without affecting the water use of other users, it is necessary to install flow controllers, segmented pressure stabilizing compensation tanks, etc. between the water pump inlet and the municipal water supply network. The flow controller constantly monitors the pressure of the municipal water supply network. While ensuring that the municipal pipeline network does not generate negative pressure, it can also fully utilize the existing pressure of the municipal pipeline network. At this point, it is necessary to utilize a non negative pressure water supply system. non-negative pressure water supply equipment Simply put, a non negative pressure water supply system is a system that uses high-sensitivity pressure switches or sensors installed on the water supply network to detect pressure changes in the network when water usage changes, and continuously transmits the changing signals to a microcomputer. According to different operating states, dynamically control the compensation amount to achieve dynamic pressure balance, ensure constant pressure in the water supply network, and meet the water needs of users. ![]() When municipal pipeline tap water enters the regulating tank at a certain pressure, the air in the stabilizing compensation tank is discharged through the vacuum eliminator. After the water is filled, the vacuum eliminator automatically shuts off. When tap water can meet the requirements of water pressure and quantity, the water supply equipment supplies water directly to the water pipe network through a bypass check valve; When the pressure of the tap water network cannot meet the water requirements, the system will send a pump start signal through pressure sensors, pressure controllers, and electric contact pressure gauges to start the water pump operation. Pressure sensor equipment is widely used in non negative pressure water supply systems Specifically, when the water supply pressure of the municipal pipeline network is lower than the set pressure, the equipment automatically enters the relay boosting working state. The unit forms a closed-loop control system through pressure sensors, water pumps, and constant pressure variable frequency control cabinets. With changes in water consumption, the speed of the water pumps and the number of water pumps put into operation are continuously adjusted to maintain a constant water supply pressure. In addition, when the water pump is supplying water, if the water volume in the tap water network is greater than the flow rate of the water pump, the system maintains normal water supply. During peak water usage periods, if the water volume in the tap water network is less than the flow rate of the water pump, the water in the regulating tank can still be supplied as a supplementary water source. At this time, air enters the regulating tank through a vacuum eliminator, eliminating the negative pressure in the tap water network. After the peak water usage period, the system returns to its normal state. If the tap water supply is insufficient or the pipe network is shut down, causing the water level in the regulating tank to continuously decrease, the liquid level controller will give a pump shutdown signal to protect the pump unit. This process cycles in this way, ultimately achieving the goal of zero negative pressure water supply. |
