Description

RC6106 miniature digital output pressure transmitter is a new generation of intelligent digital product of Dalian Rayco Electronics co., Ltd. It is characterized by high accuracy, high reliability, easy to use and install. This product also has some performance of wide voltage, low power consumption, and with multi-level protection design, and strong anti-interference. The standard IIC communication protocol makes the transmitter particularly suitable for computer control systems.

The pressure seat of RC6106 miniature digital output pressure transmitter is processed by 17-4PH stainless steel single piece integrated structure, the integrated stainless-steel diaphragm makes its overload performance much higher than that of common cores such as diffused silicon and ceramics, and there is no weld, silicone oil or other organic matter in the pressure port, the sealing performance is good. The sensitive elements of sensor are firmly sintered on the pressure seat by the glass micro-melt technology, which greatly improves the performance of the sensor, such as high temperature resistance and vibration resistance, ensuring the long-term stability, reliability and durability of the transmitter in the harsh industrial environment. In the standard purification process, all the parameters are strictly controlled, the whole product has undergone strict testing and aging screening of components, semi-finished products and finished products, so the performance is stable and reliable.
