RC920W explosion-proof wireless gateway pressure transmitter is a high-energy lithium battery powered pressure detection intelligent instrument with wireless communication function, it can also establish 485 communication with flow meters to read their data. The instrument uses micro-melting pressure sensor or diffusion silicon core as the measuring element, and adopts a 24 bit high-precision AD converter to collect pressure and temperature signals, which realizes the zero point and temperature performance compensation of the transmitter in a wide temperature range. A variety of wireless output types are supported: 433, LORA, LORAWAN, GPRS, LTE, NBIOT, WIFI, etc. The human-machine interface adopts 1.3 inch low-power LCD screen, which is easy to operate and display. The main application fields are fire control, water supply, heating, industrial monitoring system, etc. The long-distance wireless transmission of signal is realized by the way of wireless communication, simplifying the installation mode, and saving the of customers’ wiring cost.

Installation Guide

RC920W explosion-proof wireless gateway pressure transmitter can be directly installed on the hydraulic pipeline through the pressure pipe joint. In critical applications (such as severe vibration or shock), pressure pipe joints can be mechanically decoupled by means of micro hoses. If the micro hose is used for installation, the housing must be grounded separately. When disassembling the instrument, do not apply force to the instrument housing. Replacement of components or structures is not allowed to avoid affecting explosion-proof performance. The pressed sealing ring is recommended to be replaced regularly to ensure the reliable operation of the transmitter.
