This series of temperature sensors have the advantages of fast thermal response time, strong thermal resistance, high pressure resistance, anti-vibration, various selectable temperature type, and diversified installation methods. It transmits the degree of cold and heat to the display instrument through the connection line, records the instrument, electronic regulator and other instruments to read out the temperature value. It is applied to process temperature measurement and control of chemical fiber, rubber and plastic, petroleum, papermaking, hydropower, food and other equipment.

Installation Guide When choosing the installation position and insertion depth of the thermal resistance, the following points should be paid attention to: 1. To ensure sufficient heat exchange between the RTD's sensing element and the measured medium, select the measurement point location properly. Avoid installing the RTD near valves, elbows, or dead zones in pipelines and equipment whenever possible. 2. RTDs with protective tube have heat transfer and dissipation losses. In order to minimize measurement errors, thermocouples and RTDs should be inserted with sufficient depth: ① For the thermal resistance measuring the fluid temperature in the center of the pipeline, the measuring end should be inserted into the center of the pipeline (vertical or inclined installation). ② For the temperature measurement of high temperature, high pressure and high speed fluid (such as the main steam temperature), in order to reduce the resistance of the protective tube to the fluid and to prevent the protective sleeve from breaking under the action of the fluid, the protective tube can be taken to shallow insertion method or the use of heat sleeve type RTD.。 ③ If it is necessary to measure the temperature of the flue gas in the flue, although the diameter of the flue is 4m, the insertion depth of the thermal resistance should be 1m. ④ When the insertion depth of the measurement element is more than 1m, it should be installed vertically as far as possible, or the support frame and the protective tube weighing sensor should be installed.
