Description

RK1000 piezoresistive sensor compensation test system is a compensation test system developed to improve the production efficiency of sensors. It is mainly used for zero, zero temperature drift, sensitivity temperature drift compensation and performance test of piezoresistive pressure sensors such as silicon piezoresistive sensors, ceramic piezoresistive sensors, metal strain gauge pressure sensors, sputtered film pressure sensors and micro-melt pressure sensors. The product is applied to sensor manufacturers, metrology institutes, military calibration and other fields, realizing the compensation and test of sensor temperature and pressure.

The system is mainly composed of hardware and software, which can access 64 ~ 512 sensors in parallel. The temperature compensation of the sensor is carried out. By measuring the zero and full range output values of the pressure sensor at different temperatures, according to the type of sensor, different algorithms are used to calculate the zero, zero temperature drift and sensitivity temperature drift compensation resistance values of the sensor, and the performance of the sensor is tested.

The system provides customized software to uniquely integrate pressure equipment, temperature equipment, and input equipment, which reduces manual operations, improves production efficiency, and lowers labor costs.
