GD3W Intrinsically safety temperature and vibration sensor for mine is a high-performance, low-power, and interference-resistant composite sensor powered by a high-energy lithium battery and featuring wireless communication capabilities. It can collect temperature and vibration data. The product uses imported platinum resistance temperature sensors as the measuring element, with vibration sensing developed using high-performance MEMS chips embedded in the device. It supports various wireless technologies: LORA, LORAWAN, WIFI, BLE, and more. The long-distance wireless transmission of signal is realized by the way of wireless communication, simplifying the installation mode, saving the of customers’ wiring cost, and truly achieving the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection..
This series of wireless products are widely used in mining applications, and can be used in the comprehensive detection system of mines and the vibration and temperature detection of mining equipment machines. The product structure is made of stainless steel metal materials, which is firm and reliable and suitable for all kinds of harsh environments.
The working mode of this series of wireless products adopts timed collection and measurement data and timed active reporting data, and the collection period and reporting period can be set arbitrarily; parameter setting is generally adopted by remote setting, which can set the collection and reporting period as well as threshold alarm; when the alarm value is triggered, the instrument can report data immediately.
The battery of the product uses a high energy lithium battery pack, with a battery capacity of 4.2AH. It can be standby for 1 to 3 years (depending on the collection and reporting frequency), and can be removed and replaced.
